#1 Is this website reliable? ANS: Yes. Bloggers like Xiaxue and Tammy buy their blackberry housings there. And I have done numerous similar sprees ;) #2 How do you change the housing? ANS: Search on youtube for dismantle of blackberry and assemble of blackberry whichever your model is. Alternatively, you may want to visit a hp repair shop and pay the guy to do it for you.  #3 Where do you go to change your housing? ANS: I change my housing at Toa Payoh, a shop call Yellow and I paid $15.  #4 Are items true to pic? ANS: I dare not guarantee but 99% true! #5 How long does items take to arrive? ANS: Usually less than a week! ^^ #6 How much I've to top up for 2nd payment? ANS: It depends on the weight of your item and the amount of spree participants. I cannot tell you how much exactly but it should be around $4+ to $6+. Order more and shipping costs will be lesser for you! :) *NEW* #7 Do you help to change housing? ANS: Yes I do. A fee of $10. Only for 9000, 9700 and 9780 :)
